What is included in the rental package?
Our full-service rental packages include everything you need for a spectacular event: a high-quality inflatable movie screen, a powerful HD projector, a professional sound system, and a friendly, on-site technician who handles all the setup and takedown.
What about movie licensing? Do I need a license?
For most private events on your own property (like a backyard party with friends and family), a public performance license is not required. However, for any public event—including school fundraisers, community events, or church functions—you are legally required to obtain a public performance license. We can help guide you to the licensing companies that can provide this for you.
What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
Your safety and the protection of our equipment are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather (rain, high winds, lightning), we will work with you to reschedule your event at no extra charge. We track the weather closely and will make a final decision on the day of your event.
What are the power requirements?
We just need two standard, separate electrical outlets available within 100 feet of where the screen will be set up. Don't worry, our crew can help you locate the best spots when we arrive. If your event location doesn't have easy access to power, we can provide a quiet-running generator for a small additional fee.
How much space is needed for the screen?
The space required depends on the screen size you choose. We typically need a clear, flat area free of obstructions and with enough room for the screen, speakers, and a projection area. We can help you determine the best screen size and location for your venue.
What time can the movie start?
To ensure the best possible picture quality, we recommend starting the movie 10-15 minutes after the official sunset time. We'll arrive 1-2 hours before the start time to get everything set up and will play music for your guests while they arrive.
Can we show things other than movies?
Yes! Our systems can handle a variety of media. You can play video games, show a live TV broadcast (like a sporting event), or display a slideshow. We can connect to your gaming console, laptop, or other streaming devices.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your event as soon as you have a date in mind, especially for weekend events during the busy summer season. Our schedule fills up quickly, and a deposit is required to reserve your date.
