What is "Managed Production"?
Unlike standard rental companies that simply drop off equipment, MOO-V-Night provides a fully managed cinema production. This means the owner is on-site for the duration of the event to handle technical operations, manage the pre-show entertainment, and ensure a flawless experience for your community.
Who Runs the Event?
Trevor, the owner and lead projectionist, personally manages every event. You get expert service from someone invested in making your night a success.
Rain & Wind Policy
Safety first! We can’t operate in rain or winds over 15mph. We offer a Worry-Free Rain Date—if the weather looks bad, we’ll work with you to reschedule for the next available date.
Technical Requirements
Power: Two 15-amp circuits within 100 feet of the setup area.
Space: A flat, unobstructed area of approximately 25' x 25'
Surface: We can set up on grass, turf, or pavement
Sponsors & Announcements
Absolutely! We can run a pre-show slideshow with sponsor logos, community ads, or "Happy Birthday" messages at no extra cost.
Movie Licensing Info
Public screenings require a license. We’ll guide you through the simple process of obtaining one from Swank Motion Pictures or Criterion Pictures to keep your event legal.
Movie Start Times
Movies start at "civil twilight"—usually about 15–20 minutes after sunset. This ensures the screen is bright and vivid.
Booking Lead Time
Summer weekends and holidays fill up fast! We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure your preferred night.
